Congratulations on taking the first step in making your life better. The next step is a huge one. Asking for help can be hard. But there are just some times when we need to talk to someone about relationship difficulties, porn or sexual addiction, recovering healthy sexuality & authentic connections, relational betrayals & frustrations, marital struggles, feeling stuck, inflicted hurts, trauma recovery, or exploring spiritual questions or injuries.
We're here for all of that. In addition to being highly trained in multiple therapeutic and coaching modalities, we are passionate about walking through the shadowy and painful parts of life with people just like you. We've been there and we know the way out. We can walk through the pain & struggles together and end up with our hearts full of light as we recover our authentic selves and experience the hope of healing.
Our approach to recovery work is entirely partner sensitive. And although we cooperate with spiritual beliefs and commitments, our primary work is through research sourced modalities & practices.

As a wounded healer, with over 40 years in the helping profession, Brian specializes in supporting people who are experiencing problematic sexual behaviors-( ie, porn, sex & love addiction)- often as a result of developmental and relational trauma. He has walked and continues to walk this path of recovery. And he is happy to walk with you.
Kimberly Rudat; MA MFT, LPC
Psychotherapist
Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in marriage and family therapy. Her focus is on premarital couple counseling, high-conflict relationships, and separating and divorcing couples.
Her areas of focus are helping clients develop effective means of communication and breaking through behavioral impasses to move forward in interpersonal relationships. Kim holds an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.

Sean Brennan, PSAP
Christian Counselor
Sean is a mission-oriented servant-leader with over 34 years of experience in the FBI and military. He walks alongside men and couples struggling with unwanted sexual behavior and associated relational damage, offering hope and healing from a Christian perspective.
Combining his own personal recovery experience, a master's degree in pastoral counseling, an American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) board certification as a Christian Counselor, and certification as a Pastoral Sexual Addiction Professional (PSAP), Sean guides individuals toward lasting transformation with a compassionate, biblically based, and clinically informed approach. He utilizes a variety of modalities, including Inner Child Model Therapy (ICMT), psychoeducation, psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy, and biblical counseling.​​​​
Dr. Jennifer Lee Vaughan, PSAP
Trauma Specialist & Spiritual Director
With over 30 years experience in coaching adults through difficult life changes and a doctorate degree in coaching from the College of William & Mary, Dr. Jennifer Lee Vaughan specializes in supporting those impacted by life's traumas; specifically betrayal trauma, childhood & developmental trauma, and religious abuse. Jennifer is a Pastoral Sexual Addictions Professional (PSAP) and a Certified Spiritual Director. She employs various treatment modalities, coaching, and psycho-education to support those wrestling with the wounds of betrayal. (APSATS trainee). Jennifer is currently working toward obtaining LPC/CSAT licensure.
Although we prefer to meet clients for the first time face-to-face, virtual options for individual and group sessions are always available. Coaching sessions are available to clients across the country.
